*Sr. Manager- Business Development*

As part of aggressive business development, Avantel is looking for Sr. Manager-Business Development for the generation and development of both Indian and global business opportunities. The prospective candidate must be a pro-active self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be consummate and credible marketing professional in the field of Electronics and Communications. The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to person, who is talent oriented and who can exploit their exceptional techno marketing & commercial skills, with effective and successful results. The candidates having exposure in strategic alliances, diversifications and international transactions will be an added advantage. Travel is essential for this position.

Job profile- Business Development and Marketing:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions and prepares the annual business development plans as well as the work plans.




2. Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
   
   

3. Develop and implement strategies for new products & services.
   
   

4. Determine new opportunities for diversification/ expansion, by supplementing international brands with the Company’s products in Indian market.
   
   

5. Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out market research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
   
   

6. Pro-actively hunt for target organizations for strategic alliances and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services.

7. Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients.

Education & experience:

Bachelors Degree/Masters in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent and knowledge in product development is essential. Having an engineering degree is desirable.

At least six years experience in electronics and telecommunications or related field. Superior presentation and excellent oral & written communication skills are must.

Salary package:

Rs. 7.20 lacs p.a. However, the salary will not be a constraint for a right candidate, and will be at par with the industry standards.
