- The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee in their meeting held on 30th, October, 2002 and were taken on recorded by the Board of Directors at their meeting held of 30th, October, 2002.
- Effect of Deffered tax liability for the six months ended 30th September, 2002 cannot be reasonably ascertained at this stage and will be accounted for at the year end based on the ultimate tax liability for the Assessment Year 2003-2004 on the basis of total income for the period 1st April, 2002 to 31st March, 2003.
- Previous period figures have been regrouped/recast
to confirm to the current period presentation.
- The Civil works of Building have been completed and the Registered office of the Company has been shifted to its own premises.
