Avantel is looking for an Independent *Verification and Validation (IV&V) Process Manager* (Sr. Manager level) to lead a team in monitoring Software life cycle including requirements management, system design, implementation, configuration management, system test planning, test reporting, quality assurance, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate contractor’s plans at key review milestones, including strategy planning, system design, implementation, test reporting, user acceptance test, and deployment.

Monitor the program risk management program to ensure all risk areas are identified and appropriate risk mitigation activities are being implemented.

Report issues, status of risk management, and solutions to the customer at approved reporting frequencies.

Create and maintain IV&V plans for activities related to process audits and risk management. Participate actively in customer meetings. Manage the Avantel IV&V team, including technical mentoring, recruiting, daily assignments, performance evaluations, and reviews.

Hands on exposure to AS9006 (AS9100B) / DO178B / DO254 will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in projects related to full life-cycle independent verification and validation (IV&V).

Experience supporting IV&V in accordance with the IEEE 1012 standard.

Proficiency in all life-cycle key process areas including requirements management, system design, implementation, configuration management, system test planning, test reporting, quality assurance and operations.

Experience monitoring the implementation of ERP systems across the full life cycle.
Remuneration:
Commensurate with the qualifications and experience. Approximately ranging from Rs. 8.00 lacs to Rs. 10.00 lacs.
